Dear all NWCS fellow members;
On
behalf of Northwest Chinese School Board, PTA and Admin, I hereby send
out this Announcement No. 2 to notify all NWCS general members that we
NWCS
as the buyer have scheduled, as required, to conduct an inspection of
the property (12919, 126th Place, Kirkland, WA 98034,
please see the attached in details). Deputy Principal Jing Leng will be
authorized on site visualizing the
whole process, asking questions, coordinating with the agent and the
seller, signing necessary paperwork and paying the inspection fee as
well.
Parent volunteer representative Mr Gang Yang has been invited to watch the whole process.
We fully respect all general members’ rights to know of and to know in details.
To make sure all opinions within
NWCS community are adequately heard and well taken, the BOARD, PTA &
ADMIN therewithal invite any of you, who would like to join the
inspection, to be on
site. The inspection is scheduled on
Thursday June 21, 2012, between 9:00am -12:30 pm.
Step
by step, we can reach the goal we are pursuing. Yet, as we get into
deeper, we have to realize that we are facing many detailed issues to
deal with
in order to comply fully with the Government’s codes and the City’s
occupancy requirements.
