ONLINE REGISTRATION IS READY FOR FALL SEMESTER 2010-2011

Dear all NWCS fellow members;

Dear all teachers and parents;


Hello everybody! I hope that your first half of the summer vacation is joyful, and I wish your second half wonderful.


(Please read from the beginning through to the end before you start to register. Thanks.)

  1. After hard-working and careful preparation, NWCS Admin team has it ready for online registration on Aug. 5th, 2010 for return students for the coming academic school year (2010-2011). For main campus, please logonhttps://www2.nwchinese.org/sis, for Seattle Branch, please logon https://ww2.nwchinese.org/seattle/sis to register your kids for the classes they want to take.(your full e-mail address is your user name,)I strongly recommend that you do it as early as possible, since all classes have enrollment limits, beyond which your kids are automatically allocated into another class of the same grade, which may not be the ideal one he/she wants to be in. It is purely a programmed process based on “first come, first serve” scheme;

  1. The first date of the school for Newport High School (NHS) location falls on September 11th. Our open house for NHS is scheduled on September 4th to register new students only. (9:00am-12:30pm) 4333 Factoria Blvd, Bellevue, WA 98006. For detailed driving directions, please visit www.nwchinese.org.

  1. The Open house for Seattle Branch falls on the September 17th (6:00pm – 8:00pm), Friday, and the first date of the school for the Branch begins immediately the next day, the 18th, Saturday complying with the contract between NWCS and Washington Middle School. More details, please visit www.nwchinese.org.

  1. For those who register online, at the end of the registration, please print out the report and mail it together with the check payable to NWCS to: NWCS c/o USPS#112, 1463 E Republican St, # 858, Seattle, WA 98112;

  1. For those who prefer manual registration, please download the form from our website, complete it, sign it and mail it together with the check payable to NWCS to: NWCS c/o USPS#112, 1463 E Republican St, # 858, Seattle, WA 98112;

  1. Textbook purchase is needed for 1st, 4th grade “马立平”Chinese classes, all B classes (except K-B), AP Chinese & 9th grade above classes. Please make sure you check on the right option during the online registration;

  1. There are several new classes added for different grades, please check them out before you make the final choices;

  1. NWCS Admin team serves NWCS with heart and soul to have you satisfied as much as possible so far as classes and time schedules are concerned. After registration has been done, if you did it really early as we encouraged, if you want to make a change or adjustment, please feel free to come to Admin and we’ll help you as much as possible based on the availability of the resources;

Please note: All students of English classes need to add $10 for the purchase of textbooks, which in fact cost more than $10. The rest will be covered by the school.
